The Bridge Cafe in Park City

So. Park City, Utah. It's just starting to return to normal (or so I hear) after having survived this year's Sundance Film Festival. For a little while every January, it is flooded with money and celebrities, but for the rest of the year it's a classic resort town filled with fashion, skis, and delicious food, including the Bridge Cafe.*

I instagrammed the sandwich I got there last month, pointing out my love of any restaurant that automatically puts fried eggs on burgers. This particular burger is the Brazuca Steak Sandwich, and I will recommend it forever.

The cafe also serves breakfast all day long, and serves up a pretty good cup of coffee, especially for Utah. The menu borrows heavily from Brazilian Cuisine (many of the staff are also Brazilian), and their cocktail menu reflects this.

I spent hours at the Bridge, enjoying food as well as a strawberry caipirinha (a wonderful Brazilian cocktail made with cacha├ža), and getting a tremendous amount done using their wifi. Nothing like sitting in a cafe to catch up after a weekend off the grid. Admittedly, there was some Tumblr in there, as well.

*Disclosure: I have personal connections at the Bridge and received a discount on my food; however, they did not ask me to blog about my experience, nor am I being compensated for doing so.
